▣ Packing and unpacking
Every sculpture is protected with the utmost care. Two-piece orders are packed individually first, then together in a second outer box. Open delicate works such as Bull Strike or the Oyama tribute with katana slowly and with extreme care.
◉ Incidents
We photograph every sculpture and its completed packaging before dispatch. In case of customs holds, loss or theft, Dojo Lab will open a claim with Correos and assess the resolution with you case by case. Carrier, customs and theft incidents are not automatically Dojo Lab liability.
